Steamboat was a LAST MINUTE kind of thing.
Cos we erm, unable to set up the pit? We were only given 2 HOURS anyway.

So we ended up with the desperate measure : steamboat.
Not exactly, cos there aren't any steam and boat duh.
We just SANK the food in HOT water.
It's lucky that there's no chicken wings or stingray.
It will be a total waste of food man.
