todae hav training la,basically,we hav first aid for 1/2 hr,cpr which my team doesn't get,and orienteering for half an hour of theory lesson.
end training at bout 11 am.
went to limbang to eat,11.50 reach school.take bus over to CDANs.

YEPP!!it's the last archery lesson!!

we assemble our bows and start shooting.after a few rounds of warm up,the trainer then put target for us to shoot.i shot two arrows into tt small target.HA.

then later have mini competition.trainer put up the target sheet.

only at most shot a 9,and total was 114.YUCKS.
at least i'm better wif air rifle.jeex.
